E-PROCUREMENT |
In 2014, the City of Corpus Christi implemented a new Enterprise Resource System (ERP), which includes the City’s financial software, contract management and bids. This included transitioning from the former bid management system, Public Purchase maintained by Public Group, LLC, to the City’s new supplier portal for all procurement opportunities. All bids that began in Public Purchase will be completed within the Public Purchase site. Any new bids, contracts, or purchase orders, will be viewable and responded to through the City’s new supplier portal.
Supplier Portal
We would like to invite suppliers to start the registration process, to facilitate a smooth transition to the new supplier portal. Have your tax i.d. number and company information available prior to registration.
The browsers that are supported include: Internet Explorer 7, 8 and 9.0. Higher versions of Internet Explorer are currently incompatible. If you encounter an error, please try using Mozilla Fire Fox, Safari, or Google Chrome.
Capital Programs (Engineering) – New E-Procurement Provider
As of March 23, 2015, Capital Programs has moved to a new third party e-procurement provider. All bidding information and documents for Capital Programs construction contracts will only be available through this site: https://www.civcastusa.com/
Bidding information for construction contracts will no longer be available on the Supplier Portal. Vendors are instructed to go the Capital Programs (Engineering) web page for more information regarding the new bidding system, CivCast.
For Purchasing related questions, please call 361-826-3160.
